Dr. Lusby is one of the best plastic surgeons in the Bay Area, hands down. I’ve seen her for a few issues now and have been so pleased with the results each and every time. It’s so important for me to be able to trust my surgeon before having any type of work done and I definitely do trust Dr. Lusby. It’s always clear to me that she is really listening to my concerns, and is honest about what I should expect — without over-promising. She’s also a bit of a perfectionist I think and IMO that’s a must have for me for anyone who is doing “work” on me. Would highly recommend to others!

today I had surgery. I literally cried my eyes out when I saw them. I can’t believe these are my boobs. They look sooooooooooo AMAZING!!! They are so beautiful!! She was so kind & explained everything well. I’d definitely recommend her if you want a breast augmentation. She’s the best. I definitely was a harder case. But she did the job & she did it good!!! I cannot wait to see how they look when they are all healed!!!

Dr. Lusby is knowledgeable, skilled, experienced, the best. I’ve been to other plastic surgeons but Dr. Lusby is the best. She has conducted several surgeries on me, the last being my eyes…I now look 10 years younger with no scars and symmetrical, can’t tell I was operated on.  Bloody awesome!

 I had pre-melanoma surgery on my toe with Dr Lusby. She talked me through the surgery and recovery and immediately put me at ease. She is very personable, and extremely skilled. I would definitely see Dr Lusby again if a need should arise.

Let me just start of with saying how amazing Dr. Lusby is and her entire office. Not only was the place beautiful everyone that works there is too! She was realistic with my outcome and let me know exactly what to expect & this woman knows her stuff everything she said would happen did & I am in awe with her work. She’s also absolutely hilarious which is a plus! Her office got me in super quick. Caitlyn worked with me on the financial aspect, she was super detailed and informative and she also even helped me with choosing my implants. Alyssa her nurse is so knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. Her and Dr. Lusby’s dynamic flows perfectly and you’ll feel it. Going into surgery I was so calm because I felt so at ease with who’s care I was in. I was told step by step and explained to in detail what they will be doing, they didn’t leave anything out which made me feel safe and extremely confident in my outcome. I had 2 pregnancies and breast fed both, which landed me with extreme sagging after having tubular breast to begin with. I opted not to have a lift as I figured I’d need one when I get an exchange. Dr. Lusby was very honest with my outcome without having the lift and was able to work with what I wanted. I got 440cc high profile silicone implants. I am 1 day post op on her rapid recovery method . I was up running errands today, showered on my own and did all my daily task with minimal discomfort. I’m also doing this on only ibuprofen so that in itself speaks volumes! I honestly thought recovery was going to be so hard but following her rapid recovery method I was touching my hands together above my head 3 hrs after surgery! My breast look way better than what I could have ever imagined and she chose the perfect size for my frame! I can’t rave enough about Dr. Lusby and her staff . You will not regret choosing her.

I had liposuction done by Dr Lusby and her wonderful team. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Not only am I extremely pleased with the results of my procedure, I felt like Dr Lusby, Amy, Alyssa and Caitlyn all took a legitimate concern in me and my well-being throughout the entire process. Dr Lusby was very realistic in explaining what would happen before, during and after my procedure and consistently made sure that we were on the same page with goals and expectations. She also was very knowledgeable and taught me so many things that I did not know, even things not pertaining to my procedure! 🙂

I highly recommend Dr Lusby if you find yourself looking for a plastic surgeon. She is highly skilled, professional and one of the most down to earth surgeons I’ve ever met (and I work in healthcare). I will definitely be returning to her in the future if I need anything.

I had breast cancer 25 years ago. I had a mastectomy on my right breast  and was left with a totally botched breast reconstruction. My right breast with the implant was even on sideways at one point. I had many consultations over the years about fixing my breasts. My breasts were a deformed mess. My real breast was a size C. My right breast was barely a Size A. All the plastic surgeons I went to had eyes that glazed over and told me they could not help me. In other words I was to much of a mess.

I was referred to Dr. Lusby from another doctor at the California Skin Institute. I talked to her about all this and she said she could help me.

I really liked her and she was very confident that she could fix my problem. I had the surgery and I am very happy with the results. I can not believe that I finally feel like a normal woman again after all these years.
I would highly recommend her to any woman with breast issues. She has twice the education than any doctor I have seen so far. In fact she is an amazing person. She cares about her patients and is easy to talk too.  
I just think she is a gift after all the years I was looking for help.

I consider myself extremely fortunate to have Dr. Kristelle Lusby for my plastic surgeon.  Over this past year I have had some serious skin issues that required multiple excisions on my arms and back.  Dr. Lusby has cared for me with supreme skill, professionalism and compassion.  She has listened to my concerns and customized my care to my particular situation. The skin repair she has done has healed remarkably leaving almost no trace of scarring which is no easy feat considering the extent of excisions required.  Dr. Lusby has help me regain a good body image.  I am a dedicated fan!

I met Dr. Lusby by referral. I had Gynecomastia since childhood. I had lived with it for decades and was finally at a place in life where I could do something about it.

But I had to find a good doctor and that worried me. I was pleasantly surprised to find Dr. Lusby and her staff.

I walked into that first consult as if I was buying a used car. I was on guard against a smooth tongue, sticker shock and high pressure to buy. The experience was the exact opposite. She was friendly, professional and simply listened, discussed options and discussed the benefits and drawbacks of each. There was no hard sell, no trying to get me to go the most expensive route when it wasn’t needed.

I ended my search for a doctor because after that consult I knew I could trust her. Even better she can make me laugh! It is a few months later and I can confidently say I am more than pleased with the results. I don’t plan on getting any further procedures in the future but if I do I hope I can track her down!

Dr. Lusby did an incredible job removing my ruptured implants. I didn’t want them replaced so she just removed them. Not only did she make me happy with what she did but she is a smart, friendly doctor who is not in a hurry to get in and out of the follow up room when I came for the return visits.
