Cosmetic Consultation

This $210 booking/consultation fee is non-refundable. We allow one reschedule if notice is given at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or failure to attend the appointment, will result in forfeiture of the fee, and a new booking fee will be required to schedule again. Once you submit your contact and payment information, our office will be notified, and we will call you to arrange your appointment.
